Refund Policy

    • Duplicate Payment: Accidental duplicate charges for the same service.

    • Undelivered Service: Failure to provide the purchased service within the promised timeframe.

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:

    • If you accessed or downloaded the purchased content (e.g., mock tests, PDFs).

    • Change of mind, dissatisfaction with test scores, or poor performance in mock tests.

    • Expired subscriptions or time-bound access to services.


3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include:

    • Order/transaction ID.

    • Reason for refund with supporting details (e.g., screenshots of technical errors).

  • We will respond within 3-5 business days to resolve the issue or process the refund.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (timeline depends on your bank/payment gateway).

  • Partial Refunds: If only part of the service is faulty, a prorated refund may be issued.

  • Payment Gateway Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment processors (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Free Trials or Promotional Offers: No refunds apply if services were availed under a free trial or promotional scheme.

  • Third-Party Purchases: For payments made through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores), refunds must be requested through those platforms.
